Class Membership

• Month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each month.
• Cancellations must be made online through your account.
• Pause your membership for up to 3 months in total, with a maximum of 2 pauses per year. To pause e-mail move@themoco.uk.
• Class credits can only be used for classes and cannot be used for Solo Sessions.
• Class credits are transferable: you can use them to book classes for guests.
• Guest passes are for another person and cannot be used for yourself.
• Late cancellation/No-show If you cancel a class within 12 hours of the start time, or if you book a class and do not cancel or attend, your class credit will not be returned. No additional fees apply.

Unlimited Class Membership

• Class credits are for your own use and cannot be transferred to guests.
• Guest passes are for another person and cannot be used for yourself.
• Late cancellation fee: £15 – If you cancel within 12 hours of the start time, a £15 fee will be charged automatically.
• No-show fee: £35 – If you book a class, do not cancel and ‘no-show’ (do not attend), a £35 fee will be charged automatically.

All-Access Solo Packages

• Non-refundable.
• Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Expiry dates cannot be extended.
• Credits are transferable and can be used for guests.
• If you do not have enough credits remaining to make a booking, you can purchase a new package and request that your credits are combined.
