5-Week Course to Help You Move, Stretch & Run Smarter
Whether you’re lacing up for your first 5k or you’re a seasoned runner chasing a new PB, your body deserves more than just miles. Running well isn’t just about endurance—it’s about how you move, how you recover, and how you care for your body along the way.
That’s why we’re launching Run Club, a 5-week course designed to support runners of all levels with a smart, science-backed approach to training. We’re bringing together dynamic movement, stretch, and running-specific biomechanics to help you run better, feel better, and reduce your risk of injury.

Each participant will also be supported to set a personal movement goal—whether that’s finishing a race, recovering from injury, or simply running with more ease. We’ll help you track your progress week to week, so you leave with tools that go beyond the finish line.
What to Expect
We will start in the studio exploring concepts in a relaxed, workshop setting. After some movement we will do a guided run leading back to the studio where you can collect your things.
Each week, you’ll be guided through sessions that blend movement education with practical application, then a run to apply all that learning. You’ll learn:
- How to warm up and cool down properly
- When and how to stretch (pre- and post-run)
- Running-specific biomechanics and drills
- Recovery tools and injury prevention strategies
- How to track progress and stay connected to your goals

This is not about chasing a perfect stride—it’s about tuning into your body and supporting your unique way of moving.

Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm | 1 credit/£18 drop-in
