Foundations
Foundation classes are a set choreography; The exercises remain the same each week so you can relax into the rhythm and focus on developing good technique.
The material is carefully selected to familiarise you with the necessary vocabulary, concepts and movements to advance safely and confidently to our open-level classes.
Absolute beginners will appreciate the consistency and simplicity, so there is time to think and absorb details. More experienced movers can benefit from going back to basics to hone their skills. As any expert knows – it’s all about building strong foundations.
We encourage you to take a few of these classes before hopping into the open level classes.

Open
A mix of happy movers! Our teachers give lots of options for students to choose the modification that is right for them, on that day. Beginners can be inspired by more experienced students and advanced movers benefit from the ‘teaching moments’ often inspired by questions from beginners.

Experienced
Experienced classes require a certain level of strength and coordination as we’re exploring advanced material. If you’re on the cusp of feeling ready, know that modifications are still offered, but the train isn’t slowing down!
